Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from an eligible distance-purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins when you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise the right, submit a clear statement before the deadline through our online withdrawal form at https://sujudy.com/pages/withdrawal, by email to support@sujudy.com, or by post to Globale Bridge Trading, Janssenstr. 10, 45147 Essen, Germany. Using the online form is optional.
Returning goods
After notifying us of your withdrawal, return the goods within 14 days. Please wait for our return instructions before sending a parcel.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is defective or we agree otherwise.
Condition and deductions
You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Please return garments unworn beyond fitting, unwashed and with included accessories and pouches where reasonably possible.
Refunds
We refund eligible payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. You are not charged a refund fee. Additional cost caused by choosing a premium delivery method is not refundable.
Defects and voluntary guarantee
