Products and beneficiaries covered
This voluntary commercial guarantee applies to a SUJUDY Travel Prayer Dress, Travel Prayer Mat, Travel Prayer Sarong, For Her Travel Set, For Him Travel Set or Couple Travel Set purchased directly from sujudy.com when “Lifetime workmanship guarantee” was stated for that product at the time of purchase. For a travel set, each included item is covered separately.
Coverage belongs to the original purchaser or the first recipient of the item as a genuine gift. It is available worldwide for an eligible purchase.
Duration and coverage
The guarantee begins when the product is delivered and lasts for the product’s useful lifetime. “Useful lifetime” means the period during which the product can reasonably be expected to remain usable for its intended purpose when used normally and cared for according to its care instructions. It does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser.
The guarantee covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during that period and materially prevent normal intended use.
What is not covered
The guarantee does not cover normal wear and ageing; gradual fading, pilling or cosmetic change that does not prevent use; stains; accidental damage; misuse; use outside the product’s intended purpose; failure to follow the care instructions; alteration or unauthorised repair; loss; or theft.
Remedy
For a valid claim, Globale Bridge Trading will, at its choice, repair the defective item or replace it with the same item or a reasonably equivalent item. If a claim is accepted, the guarantor also covers reasonable standard return costs requested by the guarantor and standard delivery of the repaired or replacement item. A replacement may differ in colour or minor details when the original is no longer available.
How to make a claim
Email support@sujudy.com or write to the postal address above. Include your name, the order number if available, a description of the problem and clear photographs that show the defect. Do not send an item back until return instructions are provided. If the order number is unavailable, other reasonable evidence that establishes the eligible purchase and beneficiary may be used.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory rights concerning defects. Those rights are not restricted by this guarantee and may be exercised free of charge, including against the seller.
