Delivery timing depends on the destination, carrier and, where applicable, customs processing. Available shipping options are shown at checkout for your delivery address.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are sent to the delivery address confirmed at checkout. When tracking is available, it is provided by email. Please contact support@sujudy.com promptly if the address is incorrect or a tracked parcel appears delayed.
International duties and taxes
For delivery outside the European Union, import duties, taxes or carrier handling charges may be collected by the destination country or carrier unless checkout expressly states that they are included. These charges are outside our control and are normally payable by the recipient.
Loss or damage
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or does not arrive, contact support@sujudy.com with the order number and, where relevant, photographs of the parcel and item. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
