Scope and contract formation
These terms apply to purchases made through sujudy.com. Product listings are invitations to place an order. By selecting the final order button in checkout, you submit a binding offer to buy the items in the cart.
An automated receipt confirms that the order reached us; it is not necessarily acceptance. A contract is formed when we expressly accept the order, confirm dispatch, or dispatch the goods. We may reject an order before acceptance, for example if an item is unavailable or payment cannot be authorised, and will return any payment already received.
Products, prices and payment
Material characteristics, included items, colours and dimensions are described on the relevant product page. Screen settings and fabric batches can cause minor colour variation.
The price and currency shown in checkout apply to the order. Legally applicable taxes are included where stated. Delivery charges and any checkout-collected duties are shown before the order is submitted. Available payment methods are displayed and processed through Shopify checkout and its payment providers.
Delivery, withdrawal and returns
Delivery is governed by the shipping policy. Consumer withdrawal and eligible refunds are governed by the refund policy and the online withdrawal control at https://sujudy.com/pages/withdrawal. Statutory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected.
Retention of title and liability
Goods remain our property until full payment. We are liable without limitation where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, including for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. Mandatory product-liability and consumer-protection rules remain unaffected.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
Store content, branding, photographs and designs may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission except where law permits. You must not misuse the store, interfere with its security, submit unlawful content or use automated access in a way that disrupts the service.
Applicable law and disputes
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, mandatory consumer protections of that country remain unaffected. Statutory rules determine the competent court. We are not obliged and do not undertake to participate in dispute-settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Severability and changes
If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. The terms applicable when an order is placed govern that order; later changes do not retroactively alter an existing contract.
